The STERLING
Silverstream, Kaiapoi
Lime Living purchased land in the highly successful Silverstream subdivision in Kaiapoi and seeks to establish its first village, The Sterling (Kaiapoi) Limited. Spread across 7 hectares, The Sterling will comprise of 429 units; 78 villas, 267 apartments, 48 residential aged care beds and 36 memory care beds. This gross realisation as at initiation is $194m and the discounted cash flow value of the village will be $68m on completion.

The STERLING
Brookvale, Lincoln
Lime Living is planning to secure another parcel of land as its second village which is located within the Brookvale subdivision in Lincoln, The Sterling at Lincoln. Currently, The Sterling – Lincoln, is being speculatively designed so that Lime Living is able to submit a resource consent application just as soon as negotiations to acquire the land have been completed. We hope to engage with Selwyn District Council later in 2022.
